SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING METHOD & TIMELINES
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 
Estimated delivery time to the United States and major international destinations is 10-20 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on regional customs clearance processes.

2. TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For your convenience, here is what the tracking statuses mean during transit:
• Shipment info received: The shipping carrier is preparing your package for departure.
• Arrived at Processing facility/Airport: The package is clearing international transit hubs.
• Arrived and Clearing Customs: The package has arrived in the destination country and is clearing customs check.
• In transit locally: Your local post office or delivery company is processing the package for final delivery to your doorstep.

3. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
